This daily ration provides developing your gastrointestinal microflora at shortest terms

As I was saying at previous post about 6 rules of keep following raw food diet, this time I'm gonna tell you what exactly to eat to serve yourself permanent good feeling as soon as possible.

So the first is keeping proper hours.
The second is the food you eat.

Proper hours of the day must be following:

05.00 a.m.  - awakening
06.00 a.m. - do the yoga, meditation, morning exercises, and other mental practices permits you to keep your mind calm and concentrate. It's very important, don't skip this step.
06.00 - 10.30 a.m. - drinking clear water as much as you want. The best is 1 liter. You can add lemon juice to it.

11.00 a.m. - first eating. The best is - green cocktail. I take one good bunch of spinach, one banana, and a touch of ruccola. Grind it all with a blender and drink veeeery slow.
13.00 - second eating. Our dinner. It can be salad with 3-4 ingredients. For example: broccoli, a cucumber, parsley, dill and cold-pressed linseed oil. Don't mix cucumbers with tomatoes!
15.45 - nooning. You can eat peaches or apples, berries or pears, random local fruits, maybee tomatoes or cucumbers but pieceless and at most 0,5 kg. Or you can do a green cocktail again.
18.00 - evening meal, the last eating. Apples or citruses. 1-4 fruits.
22.00 - bed time.

Don't forget to drink clear water through whole day!!!

As you see, this ration gives preference to green and vegetables. This is how it should be. Keep to a minimum fructose eating and give your microflora keep rising on her food: cellulose. You'll see how much your health improved.
